Josephe joins 180 Multifamily as an acquisitions analyst. In this position he handles underwriting, market research, and aids in reaching 180's acquisition goals. Prior to joining 180 he worked in residential real estate developing single family homes, and while in college alongside being a member of his school's real estate club he quickly realized this was the career for him. Outside of work he enjoys going on long runs and spending time with his family. He is a recent graduate of The University of Texas at Dallas, where he studied finance with a concentration in real estate.
