Lance Woodward has over 20 years of diverse real estate experience including residential and commercial sales, multifamily property management and property restoration and ownership. Born and raised in Fort Worth, Texas, Lance is a graduate of Texas Christian University with a Bachelor's in Economics. Soon after graduating from TCU Lance went to work at a full-service real estate company ran by Michael Costanza, a legend in commercial real estate in Fort Worth. Here Lance was exposed to every facet of real estate including residential and commercial sales and leasing. It was here his two passions (commercial real estate and construction) collided. Soon Lance was buying and building income producing companies. This morphed into a successful construction company that he was a principal in until leaving in 2009 to focus solely on multifamily. In 2009, Lance co-founded 180 Multifamily Management LLC with John Barker: one of the top multifamily brokers in the country. Lance is responsible for the overseeing the day-to-day operations of the properties. He also works closely with staff, vendors, state and local agencies to ensure maximum return for his clients. He has a proven track record in transforming distressed properties into strong cash flow investments for owners. He believes the best way for a property to be successful is setting expectations with tenants and to partner with them to create a community they are proud to call home. Today, 180 MF has under ownership and management, over 3,000 units in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex.
